I have reviewed all information on my company and have submitted this form with the information that I want to be used for my 20 Points Compliance and Business Credit Buildout to COMO Solutions SRL and COMO Group LLC. I do understand that any changes requested after this form submission and work have been started, will cause delays and may cost extra to make the changes. I will make myself available to the processor at a convenient time for both parties when needed. I understand that can cause delays if I do not make myself available. I also understand that once payment is made, and I have submitted this form and work has been started, I cannot request a refund or discontinue the services and I agree with this policy.
